SVP Control & Administration Set to Retire as OFS Portal Welcomes Replacement
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 01/05/16 -- announces Randy Dutton's retirement after more than 14 years as the SVP Control & Administration. Mr. Dutton has dedicated his time over the years overseeing day-to-day operations as well as the company's financials. He, along with other OFS Portal employees, recently welcomed the new VP Controls & Administration, Mimi Stansbury. Mr. Dutton will stay on until January 31st as he transitions his role over to Mimi.

Mimi has more than 25 years of diversified experience in accounting and financial services. She has worked in several regional and national public accounting firms as well as in international mining and energy companies.

Mimi graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1988. She received her law degree from University of Houston Law Center and passed the Texas Bar in 1997. She received her Certified Public Accounting certification in 1991 and took the additional steps to become a Certified Financial Planner™ in 2005.
