ATLAS Mara Limited: Director / PDMR Shareholding
(firmenpresse) - TORTOLA, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 01/06/16 -- Atlas Mara Limited (LSE: ATMA) ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") hereby notifies that each of the listed Non-Executive Directors were issued ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") as set out below, at an average price of $5.93 on 23 December 2015.
The issue of these Shares was undertaken in accordance with the terms of their letters of appointment as Non-Executive Directors pursuant to which 50% of their individual compensation is satisfied by the issue of Shares. The Chairman of the board elected to receive 100% of his compensation in the form of Shares. The Company's co-founders, Robert E. Diamond, Jr. and Ashish J. Thakkar, are also Non-Executive Directors, but do not receive compensation in connection with this role.
*Shares are held on behalf of Arnold Ekpe by Eurocomm Holdings Limited, a connected person of Arnold Ekpe.
These disclosures are made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4 R. The transactions took place in the UK.
