More Value Creation, Transparency and Benchmark Capability for IT and Shared Services(firmenpresse) - Unterhaching (GER), 10 August 2011 - Catenic AG now offers an initial consultation as a basis for transparent and value-oriented management of IT and Shared Services. The new "Quick Check" workshop of the financial management solutions specialist shall enable large and medium-sized companies to quickly carry out a comprehensive status analysis of their administrative core functions.
During the three-day workshop, the individual structures, processes, organizational issues, data and tools of an IT or shared services center organization are examined and benchmarked in accordance with best practices. Special emphasis is put on evaluating the specific base scenario for a service-oriented controlling of administrative company functions. To ensure a practical on-site consultation, the analysis is based on the respective actual situation and the structure of the workshop participant.
During the course of the workshop, the results of the analysis are discussed with the participant and documented for free use. In addition, clear action recommendations are made, which are intended to serve the participant as a foundation for introducing value-oriented service controlling together with a transparent financial management.

Workshop Details
The Quick Check program consists of two one-day workshops on site at the company and one day of internal analysis and processing. On the first day of the workshop, the current situation as well as the objectives of the service controlling are established. On the second day, the results of the analysis and specific action recommendations of the service analysis are discussed together with the participant and then documented for free use.
