Ratos held an extraordinary general meeting on 6 October 2010 at Norra Latin in
Stockholm.
The Meeting decided to approve the proposal presented in the EGM notice on the
transfer of a maximum of 3,000 shares, corresponding to a maximum of 2% of the
number of shares and number of votes, in the subsidiary HL Förvaltning i
Stockholm AB to employees and others in the HL Display Group.
The Extraordinary General Meeting also decided to approve the transfer of a
maximum of 2,825,000 shares, corresponding to a maximum of 1.6% of the number of
shares and number of votes, in the subsidiary Stofa Holding ApS to employees and
others in the Stofa Holding Group.
