CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: Premier Aviation Completes the Asset Purchase of Discovery Air's Technical Services Division

Premier Aviation Overhaul Centre Inc. ("Premier"), Canada's largest aircraft heavy maintenance and paint organisation, announced today that they have successfully completed the acquisition of substantially all of the Assets of Discovery Air's Technical Services Division ("DATS"). The offer to purchase, which was subject to due diligence was first announced by both parties in June 2015 and was signed January 08, 2016.
The DATS acquisition expands Premier's physical footprint adding another maintenance hangar to the current three international facilities, and is their second location in Quebec. The purchase, adds four to five more lines of aircraft maintenance thus expanding Premier's service capacity. The acquisition immediately adds an estimated one hundred and thirty qualified and experienced employees to the Premier Aviation workforce.
