Exercises with Sanoma's Stock Options

A total of 250 shares of Sanoma Corporation have been subscribed with 2004 stock
options.
Following these subscriptions, the number of Sanoma's shares increased from
161,816,894 shares to 161,817,144 shares. The total amount of subscription
prices was recorded in the fund for invested non-restricted equity.
The new shares were entered into the Trade Register on 7 October 2010 and the
trading in the new shares begins on 8 October 2010. For the new shares
subscribed with stock options all shareholder rights commence from the date on
which they are entered into the Trade Register.
Sanoma announced the Stock Option Scheme 2004 on 8 November 2004. There have not
been previous share subscriptions with 2004 stock options.
