(firmenpresse) - ALLENTOWN, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/02/16 -- today announced the successful completion of a $4 million private placement of subordinated debt for Merchants and Manufacturers Bank Corporation. The subordinated debt will qualify as Tier 2 capital at the holding company level and will be due in 2026 and is non-callable for 5 years.
Headquartered in Joliet, Illinois, Merchants and Manufacturers Bank Corporation ("M&M") is a financial holding company for Merchants and Manufacturers Bank (the "Bank"). Founded in 1969, the bank was acquired by the Holding Company in 1993. The holding company was formed to acquire the bank. The bank offers personalized retail and custom commercial services throughout the Chicago market.
