Acquisition of Common Shares of Brompton Corp.

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/10/11 -- Nutowima Ltd. ("Nutowima") of 181 Bay Street, Suite 2930, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2T3 has announced today that it (together with its joint actors Joan Eakin and Christopher Hoffmann) acquired 320,000 common shares of Brompton Corp. ("Brompton"), representing approximately 10.23% of the total common shares outstanding. The holdings represent an equity interest of 0.20% in Brompton. The shares were purchased at the price of CAD $0.272 per share. The shares were acquired in the ordinary course of Nutowima's investment activities and it may purchase or sell securities of Brompton in the future depending on market conditions and other factors material to its investment decisions.
