Acquisition of Class A Common Shares of Brompton Corp.

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/09/11 -- Nutowima Ltd. ("Nutowima") of Suite 2930, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2T3 has (together with its joint actors Joan Eakin and Christopher Hoffmann) acquired 85,250 Class A common shares of Brompton Corp. ("Brompton"), bringing its total holdings of Class A common shares to 169,914 shares representing approximately 11.0% of the total Class A common shares outstanding. The shares were purchased at the price of CAD $27.1453 per share. The shares were acquired in the ordinary course of Nutowima's investment activities and it may purchase or sell securities of Brompton in the future depending on market conditions and other factors material to its investment decisions.
