Orezone Grants Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/08/16 -- Orezone Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: ORE) announces that in accordance with its Stock Option Plan and its annual compensation review, the Company has granted employees, executives and directors stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,980,000 common shares, exercisable on or before February 8, 2026 at a strike price of $0.30 per share. The Company's Stock Option Plan, must be approved by shareholders at the next annual and general meeting before these options can be exercised. The Company currently has 117,350,364 common shares issued and outstanding and 9,492,900 stock options, including those in this grant.
