Eyelogic Shareholders Vote to Wind-Up Company

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/22/16 -- Eyelogic Systems Inc. ("Eyelogic") announced today the results of the Special Meeting of Shareholders held on February 18, 2016. At the meeting, shareholders approved a special resolution authorizing Eyelogic's board and management to proceed with voluntary liquidation and dissolution of the Corporation pursuant to the Alberta Business Corporations Act. Management intends to immediately start the wind-up process.
