Eyelogic Systems Application to Cease to Be a Reporting Issuer
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/07/16 -- Eyelogic Systems Inc. ("Eyelogic" or "Company") announces that further to its special meeting of shareholders on February 18, 2016, voluntary delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange (Venture) on November 23, 2015, and voluntary delisting from the Canadian Securities Exchange on December 18, 2015; the Company has applied to the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") as principal regulator and the securities regulatory authorities in Ontario and British Columbia for decision that it is no longer a reporting issuer.
If the application is approved and Eyelogic Systems Inc. is no longer a reporting issuer, the Company will no longer be required to file audited financial statements and other continuous disclosure documents with the above mentioned securities regulatory authorities.
Notwithstanding the Exemptive Relief order sought by Eyelogic, the company has committed in an undertaking to the ASC to update shareholders regarding the status of the Company's windup and dissolution.
