Schneider-Kreuznach is expanding its range of F-Mount lenses
(PresseBox) - Schneider-Kreuznach is expanding its range of Xenon-Emerald lenses to include 60mm and 80mm focal widths. The lenses are designed for large sensors with an image circle diameter of up to 43.2mm. They are available for an F-Mount bayonet or the modular V48 system, which allows it to be adapted to all common camera mounts such as M42 or M58. Thanks to their maximum resolution of 29 megapixels, a 400 to 1000nm broadband coating and extremely low distortion, they are ideally suited to line scan, machine vision and quality control applications. With a practical maximum aperture of f/4, both lenses have an exceptionally uniform image quality across the entire image field. Furthermore, they can be used over a large scale range without any loss of quality. The aperture and focus can be locked to reduce vibrations, while the robust mechanics ensure high image quality even in rough conditions.
The Xenon-Emerald lenses are available as F2.8/28mm, F2.2/50mm, F4.0/60mm, F4.0/80mm and 2.8/100mm versions. Schneider-Kreuznach provides the Xenon Emerald lenses for testing purposes free of charge.
