Dedicated Policy Product Manager Will Oversee System Enhancement Efforts

Murchland succeeds Prathima Gilliam, who will now be the dedicated Billing Product Manager.

Murchland joined Insuresoft in 2007 as a Senior Business Analyst and has led numerous new client implementations while participating in the analysis and design efforts behind new product features. Prior to joining Insuresoft, Murchland spent more than 25 years working with carriers such as Amerisure, Indiana Insurance, and Vesta Insurance, serving in underwriting, pricing, business-analysis, quality assurance, and training roles. She'll use her experience and knowledge to assist Diamond customers in gaining efficiencies at the point of sale and throughout the policy lifecycle. She earned a BS in Business Administration, with a major in Insurance, from Bowling Green State University.
