Dundon Capital Partners Launches New Strategic Advisory Practice -- DCP Advisors
(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 02/24/16 -- Dundon Capital Partners (DCP) is pleased to announce the formation of DCP Advisors LLC (DCP Advisors), a strategic tax, business and investment advisory practice.
DCP Advisors will advise clients, including Dundon Capital Partners and its portfolio companies, regarding strategic tax planning and structuring initiatives as a core offering, while providing further areas of business and investment advisory services. DCP Advisors will focus on U.S. and international corporate and joint venture clients, funds, asset managers and family offices.
Chuck Thompson will serve as DCP Advisors' Managing Partner. Possessing over 20 years of experience, Mr. Thompson will offer clients extensive knowledge in tax structuring and business consulting, assisting multinational corporations, joint ventures, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and asset managers in identifying tax benefits of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures and other domestic-U.S. and international strategic transactions. Mr. Thompson most recently headed the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of KPMG LLP for Dallas and Denver and was a partner in their Washington National Tax Group. Prior to joining KPMG, Mr. Thompson worked for the New York law firm of Dewey Ballantine LLP and spent five years working on Wall Street.
