Director of Operations, Eric Cornejo, has big plans for the firm moving into the second quarter of the year.
Eric and the Triumphant Management team plan to expand into four new locations spanning across Utah, Washington, Arizona and Oregon by the end of the year. The main focus for the organization has become the cycle of development. "If we want to reach our goals," says Eric, "we have to focus primarily on training and developing employees to lead by example."
The foundation on which this organization is built, thrives off of high-energy interactions between the Director of Operations, the Corporate Trainers and the Managers in training. Here, Eric plans to put Reno, Nevada and Triumphant Marketing, Inc. on the map by being nominated for the 'Rookie Manager of the Year' award in front of thousands of his peers.
Eric humbly admits that none of this success would be possible if it were not for his dedicated team members. "The one thing that gets me up in the morning is knowing that I am able to help my team change their futures.
