Dynamic Materials Changes Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call Date to March 10, 2016
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/02/16 -- Dynamic Materials Corporation (DMC) (NASDAQ: BOOM) has changed the date of its fourth quarter earnings release and conference call to March 10, 2016, from the previously scheduled March 3. The Company determined additional time is required to finalize its consolidated 2015 tax provision.
Financial results will be issued at 2:00pm Mountain (4:00pm Eastern). Following the earnings release, executive management will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast. The call will begin at 5 p.m. Eastern (3 p.m. Mountain) and will be accessible by dialing 877-407-0778 (201-689-8565 for international callers). No passcode is necessary.
