Apivio Announces Resignation of Director

("Apivio" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: APV), a leading provider of VoIP solutions, has announced that Mr. Chang Woo Lee has resigned his position as the President of Apivio's wholly owned subsidiary, Moimstone Co. Ltd., as well as from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") effective March 1, 2016.
"On behalf of the Company and the Board, we wish to thank Mr. Lee for his contributions to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavors," said Rob Bakshi, President & CEO.
The Company will take steps to fill Mr. Lee's Board seat as soon as practicable.
