Unissant Names Paul A. Aronhime Vice President Business Development

Aronhime as the Vice President of Business Development. In this capacity, Paul will execute business development and growth strategies across all of the company's markets. Aronhime will report to Unissant's Chief Growth Officer, David Dougherty, and will help him guide the company's strategic vision and continued growth.

Aronhime joins Unissant's executive team with more than 20 years of leadership, business development and capture experience across the Federal Civilian & DoD Community, Commercial and International markets. He is a business strategist with skills in architecting relationships and leading edge initiatives/solutions. He brings a proactive philosophy managing opportunity life cycle to fruition, transition and expansion which is demonstrated through his consistent record of successful growth with contract awards value exceeding $1.5 Billion. Aronhime also excels in Development & Engineering, Capture Management, Operations Solutions and Alliances.
Prior to joining Unissant, Aronhime held executive positions at several small businesses leading the successful identification, acquisition, management, expansion, and retention of long-term, high-volume IT support and services programs in the federal government marketplace. He has also held senior level business development positions with BAE Systems, General Dynamics and IBM Global Business Services.
In addition, Aronhime founded a small business that was acquired in 1999.
