today regarding completion of the combination between the company and ErgoGroup.
The company has published a prospectus in relation to listing of the
consideration shares to ErgoGroup's shareholder. The prospectus has been
reviewed and approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.
The prospectus will be available on the company's website: www.edb.com.
The prospectus will also be available, free of charge, at the company's
headquarters and at the offices of SEB Enskilda AS.
