SEK issued a global USD 1 billion bond

SEK (Swedish Export Credit Corporation) issued a USD 1 billion five year
benchmark bond.

   -          This transaction prove our strong name in the global capital
market, says Per Åkerlind, CFO and Head of Capital Markets, SEK. The bond was
heavily oversubscribed. A very successful transaction that will support the
Swedish export industry.

The successful bond was received very well and was subscribed by a large number
of investors from North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The bond is SEK's first USD benchmark transaction since September 2009.
