SMA Alliance, Inc. Appoints New CEO

(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 03/15/16 -- (OTC: SMAA) announced Wednesday that CEO Andrea Smith has stepped down and is assuming the role of Secretary. Austin "Kit" Jennings will succeed her.

Kit Jennings, a Navy Veteran, who also served in the Wyoming Senate, brings strong international energy experience to SMA Alliance. Mr. Jennings has served on the Advanced Conversion Technologies Task Force, and the UW Energy Resource Council. Mr. Jennings has corporate leadership experience in Russia, Vietnam, and China, in addition to his energy experience in the United States.

Former CEO Andrea Smith commented that, "the opportunity to attract the experience and talent that Kit Jennings can bring to SMA was in the best interest of shareholder value, and I look forward to working with him."
