MDN Lists on the TSX Venture Exchange
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 03/16/16 -- MDN Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: MDN) is pleased to report the Company's securities will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, as reported on the Company press release dated December 11th, 2015. The securities will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of markets on March 30, 2016 and will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of the markets on March 31, 2016.
