Deck13 appoints Mathias Reichert to Managing Director
(PresseBox) - 03.2016 - Frankfurt-based developer Deck13 today announced that it has appointed Mathias Reichert (formerly development director at Deck13) to managing director. Mathias Reichert will be responsible for product development and quality assurance.
Jan Klose, managing director, comments, ?Elevating Mathias Reichert into this new role allows our development teams to focus on creating awesome games. We?re very pleased to expand our management team with someone as experienced and ambitious as Mathias.?
Mathias Reichert, managing director, adds, ?With the release of Lords of the Fallen, Deck13 released their first truly international title and has evolved into one of Germany?s most important studios. We?re currently working on the successor, The Surge, and other cool titles are already planned. I?m looking forward to do my best to push our ambitious goals forward.?
Florian Stadlbauer, managing director, adds, ?Deck13 has continuously been successful and grew steadily over the past years. Mathias? experience will help us to develop even better management decisions in the future. Adding him to the management team will allow us to continue the positive growth of the company for years to come.?
Mathias Reichert has worked at Deck13 since July 2013 and served as development director for Lords of the Fallen which won several industry awards. Since 2015, Mathias Reichert has also been managing director of the Hamburg based studio Deck13 Hamburg GmbH which is responsible for developing the TransOcean series.
