Chicago Marketing Finds New Ways to Reward Top Employees

After a record shattering 2015, CEO Jacob Cline chose the most influential individuals to accompany him on two separate trips, a true example of the company's "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality. In February Cline took top performers out to San Francisco for this year's Super Bowl 50 to celebrate the end of a highly successful 2015. The weekend started out with the group attending the 6th Annual DirecTV Super Saturday Night concert party at Pier 70. The invitation-only event opened with the famed rap group Run-DMC, followed by a performance by Red Hot Chili Peppers. To close out the night the group attended a performance by Snoop Dogg, all just a precursor to the big game the next day. At the game on Sunday, Cline and his team enjoyed the VIP experience which included an opportunity to head down to the grass for the big half time show featuring Coldplay, Beyonce and Bruno Mars.

As if a trip of that magnitude wasn't enough, this past weekend the Downers Grove based Marketing firm sent their Managers to Las Vegas for a little rest and relaxation. The group stayed at the MGM Grand, a luxurious hotel complete with a casino, four pools, a multitude of fine dining restaurants, and live entertainment. "Incentives like this are a great way to show our employees appreciation," Cline shared, "and after a record breaking year, it's a great reward to get some time away from the office to feel the positive effects of the hard work you've put in." The team also got to enjoy a dinner out at one of Las Vegas's top Brazilian Steakhouses, followed by a night out on the town courtesy of their CEO Jacob Cline. With new and improved incentives offered to the team for surpassing clients' demands, it's no surprise Chicago Marketing has been able to continue to raise the bar year after year.





While new and improved employee rewards have been a big hit this year, Chicago Marketing has to get down to business if they want to keep their growth and success at a competitive level. This past week the marketing firm hosted their first Regional Conference of the year, with more than 500 Managers and Corporate Trainers in attendance. Guest speakers cover a variety of topics including management training, new client opportunities, and market expansion. The goal of these events is to network with other offices from across the country, and work together to build a stronger foundation for the future of the organization.
