The 2011 calendar for the Kesko Group's financial reporting concerning the years
2010 and 2011 is the following:
Year 2010 financial statements release 03 Feb. 2011
Year 2010 Annual Report Week 10
(incl. the financial statements and the report by the
Board of Directors)
Year 2011 3-month interim report 28 Apr. 2011
Year 2011 6-month interim report 26 Jul. 2011
Year 2011 9-month interim report 26 Oct. 2011
Kesko Corporation's Annual General Meeting is planned for Monday, 4 April 2011.
The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of Directors later on.
Possible requests from shareholders to put matters on the agenda of Kesko's
2011 Annual General Meeting shall be sent to Kesko's Board of Directors not
later than 10 February 2011. The written request, together with an explanation
or a draft resolution, shall be sent to Kesko Corporation, Kesko Group's Legal
Affairs, FI-00016 KESKO, or by e-mail to cg(at)kesko.fi.
The financial statements and interim reports will be released at around 9.00
hours on the given dates. From the beginning of 2011, the company will observe a
three-week period of silence before releasing the financial reports.
In addition, the Group's sales figures are published monthly and the K-Group's
retail sales figures in connection with the interim reports.
