22 October 2010 - Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting in BW
Offshore Limited will be held in Bermuda on 5 November 2010 at 10:00 am local
time.
The SGM will among others include election of new Directors of BW Offshore
Limited.

proxy and voting direction.
