XCHANGING APPOINT NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR HR SERVICES BUSINESS
Xchanging bolsters its HR business with the appointment of Patricia Taylor as
Managing Director of Xchanging Human Resources Service (XHRS)
LONDON, 26 October 2010 - Xchanging (LSE:XCH), one of the largest and fastest
growing technology business processors, has appointed Patricia Taylor as
Managing Director of Xchanging HR Services. Her remit will be to lead
Xchanging's growth in HR outsourcing leveraging HR capabilities across the
group. Patricia will be responsible for all aspects of HR Services capability
and product offerings. She will join the UK Regional Board and report directly
to Paddy Byrne, Executive Director for the UK.
Patricia has a strong background in back-office outsourcing businesses including
HR, payroll, finance, accounting, and procure-to-pay services. She holds an MBA
and has held executive positions with key leaders in the industry including
Ceridian, Liberata LLC and latterly LogicaCMG. As the Director for Global HRO
and UK BPO Services for Logica, Patricia was responsible for improved business
performance, launching innovative service offerings and streamlining operations
to deliver a 20% growth year-on-year for new sales.
