BinckBank received a writ of summons from investment association Fibonacci

Today, BinckBank received a writ of summons from investment association
Fibonacci. In the writ it is alleged that BinckBank breached a contract between
BinckBank and Fibonacci and that BinckBank acted unlawfully against Fibonacci.
The writ does not contain a claim for damages. According to the writ, the
precise damage cannot be determined and should be assessed in follow up
proceedings. BinckBank will examine the writ. BinckBank denies that it is liable
towards Fibonacci.
