Ordina's CFO Jolanda Poots-Bijl will leave the company effective mid-September
2016. Upon her departure, Ms. Poots-Bijl will be CFO of maritime services firm
Van Oord.
Jolanda Poots-Bijl on her departure: "In my time with Ordina, I was able to
dedicate my efforts to leading the turnaround of the company, together with
Stépan Breedveld. The implementation of the tightened strategy and the cost-
savings programme are well on track and will be completed in 2016 in line with
our previous announcements. This creates a natural moment for me to take my next
step."

Because Jolanda Poots-Bijl has announced her departure at an early stage, Ordina
