Key New Hire and Executive Promotions Solidify Expertise in Talent Management

Steve Mahoney has been promoted to senior vice president of client operations and Russ Wakelin to vice president of product management.
David Wilkins joins HealthcareSource from Oracle, where he co-founded the Oracle Sales Academy, a sales enablement organization serving the global sales team. Prior to Oracle, he was head of Taleo Research where he was recognized as an industry thought leader in the field of human capital management. Previously he held executive leadership positions at Learn.com and Knowledge Impact.
Steve Mahoney joined HealthcareSource in 2003. Most recently, he has been serving as vice president of client services and interim lead of the services team, providing overall leadership across all of the company's services and support operations. Previous roles include talent management consulting at Working Concepts, services at Authoria, and human resources at Lahey Clinic.
Russ Wakelin has been with HealthcareSource since 2010. As Senior Director of Program and Product Management, he has been responsible for product strategy, including new product decisions and design, as well as the advancement of existing projects. He leads HealthcareSource's portfolio of talent management solutions, singularly designed to help over 2,500 clients select, align, and develop a ™. Prior to HealthcareSource, Wakelin held engineering and IS management roles with Greenfield Online, PROSOFT, Nexus Energy, among others.
