Weicon Flex 310 RLT
(PresseBox) - Weicon has developed a special product for bonding and sealing applications in air conditioning and ventilation systems as well as in clean room technology ? Weicon Flex 310 RLT.
This one-component adhesive and sealant based on polyurethane is permanently elastic and has a strong adhesion. It is both sandable and overpaintable after curing. The curing of Flex 310 RLT starts immediately after the application due to the contact with humidity.
The flexible adhesive and sealant cures odorless, is weather- and UV-resistant, has an excellent resistance to aging, is resistant to fresh and salt water, is pasty, free of silicones and non- foaming.
Flex 310 RLT is versatile for bonding and sealing of various materials, such as metals, many plastics, ceramic, wood, glass or stone.
Wide range of applications
Flex 310 RLT is suitable for applications where the bonding of materials to themselves or among each other must be permanently elastic.
For example, Flex 310 RLT can be used in tank and apparatus construction, in body, container and vehicle construction, in ventilation and air conditioning, in pipe and fittings industry, in the energy and electrical industry, in the insulation industry as well as in many areas of plastic technology and wherever silicones are not suitable.
