Guernsey. 15 April 2016 - Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam:

General Meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at the Company's registered office
at 2:00 pm London time (3:00 pm CET). Formal notice of meeting containing the
full text of the resolutions to be proposed will be mailed to shareholders in
due course. Among the resolutions to be proposed at the meeting will be a
resolution giving the Company authority to make market purchases (including by
way of tender offer) of its own shares.
