(the "Company" or "StrikePoint") (TSX VENTURE: SKP) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement raising gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 through the issuance of up to 10,000,000 shares at a price of $0.10 per share.
Proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital and exploration purposes.
