With reference to the stock exchange notice on 7 April 2016 by Weifa ASA (the
"Company"), attached is a notice of early redemption regarding the bond issue
ISIN NO 001 0714470 - FRN Aqualis ASA Senior Secured Bond Issue 2014/2019.
The bond repayment and the new financing agreement entered into with DNB (ref
the stock exchange notice on 21 March 2016), generates significant cost
savings, extends the debt maturity profile and improves the Company's financial
and strategic flexibility.
