The independent technical report, entitled "A Technical Report on the Smokey Hills Platinum Mine, Limpopo Province, South Africa" (the "Technical Report") dated April 13, 2016, was prepared for Aberdeen International by Minexcon Consulting. The Technical Report is available under the Company's profile on SEDAR at and on the Company's website at .
