UBS recorded a loss before comprehensive loss of $164,000 or $0.002 per share, basic and diluted, for the three months ended February 29, 2016, compared to income before comprehensive income of $232,000 or $0.002 per share, basic and diluted, for the three months ended February 28, 2015.
