Brilliant Solutions Promotes an Assistant Director as the Company Flourishes in Spring

On February 24th, Dana Stewart, of Springfield, Tennessee, was promoted to Assistant Director at a Regional Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Dana describes that moment as "a life-changing experience." He explains, "I have grown so much in the last eight months, both professionally and personally. Learning to manage multi-million dollar accounts, as well as learning the necessities of developing individuals into leaders has been irreplaceable."
Coaching and mentoring was no new feat for Dana as a rookie within the company. After graduating with his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Middle Tennessee State University, Dana became a strength coach at multiple local high schools. Soon after, he ultimately began his journey as an entrepreneur, opening his own personal training company.
As business began to soar, Dana sought further opportunities to grow professionally in a competitive and team oriented environment. As a former D1 athlete, his competitive nature worked to his advantage through the progressive training program. He describes the training that Brilliant Solutions offers as "second to none. Moving into May, Dana and his wife are expecting the arrival of their two twin boys. "They are my motivation each and every day," he says. Looking to the future, he explains that staying focused in the next few months is vital for both the growth of his family and the organization.
