Ordina AGM adopts 2015 financial statements

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Ordina N.V. today adopted the
financial statements for the financial year 2015.

Composition Supervisory Board
The AGM reappointed Mr. Dirk Anbeek as a member of the Supervisory Board for a
four-year period.

Reappointment Ernst & Young Accountants
The AGM reappointed Ernst & Young Accountants as the external auditor of Ordina
N.V. for the financial years 2017 and 2018.

Authorisations granted
As is usual for the AGM, the meeting granted a number of authorisations to the
Ordina N.V. Management Board, the first being the right to buy back treasury
shares up to a maximum of 10% of the outstanding share capital. Secondly, the
Management Board has been granted the authority to issue new Ordina N.V. shares
up to a maximum of 5% of the outstanding share capital and, in the event that
such proves necessary, the authority to limit or exclude preferential rights.
