StereoVision's J/V Company, Inspirational Vision Media, Completes Deal for the Acquisition of All Assets of Alpine Pictures Inc. and Star Guardian LLC

(SVE), a publicly traded Nevada corporation (OTC PINK: SVSN), announced today their J/V company, Inspirational Vision Media Inc. (IVM), a Nevada C corporation, has completed an agreement acquiring all assets of Alpine Pictures and Star Guardian.

"The assets include a library of 10 feature films independently valued at near $5mil, rights to the 9 book series 'Legends of Oz' by internationally recognized children's author and great grandson of 'Wizard of Oz' author, Roger Stanton Baum, and all Star Guardian assets and virtual reality IPs in which to date approximately $6mil has been invested. In concert with the SVE group of companies we are now aggressively pursuing opportunities for the commercial exploitation of these assets in film, TV, V/R apps, online and merchandizing."
