American Creek Resources Makes Share Payment to Agoracom for Marketing and Awareness Program
(firmenpresse) - CARDSTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/03/16 -- American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: AMK) ("American Creek") reports that it has made the first share issuance to Agoracom under the shares for services agreement related to the marketing and awareness program previously announced on February 29, 2016.
American Creek issued 154,411 common shares at a deemed price of $0.085 per share to satisfy the $12,500 plus GST May 1, 2016 payment.
The shares will be subject to a four month and a day statutory hold period.
