(PresseBox) - Merge Porto, the 1st spin-off of Merge Lisbon, the largest tech meetup in Lisbon, will take place on 5th May 2016.
The event brings together developers, designers and everyone interested in modern ways of building excellent solutions for the web.
From programming to interaction design and different organization models like holacracy, Merge Porto is all about sharing and having a great time.
Teresa Carreiro, co-founder and Operations Director of Critical Manufacturing, is an invited speaker and she will participate in the roundtable: "Creating a great engineering culture" with Antonio Arrais de Castro (GlassesGroupGlobal), Jose Antonio Silva (Devscope), Mariana Salvaterra (Blip.pt) .
"What makes great teams? How much autonomy and transparency is right? Why would you join some teams and not others? These and other topics will be discussed in a very interactive session, moderated by Vânia Gonçalves (Research | R&D Coordinator (at) NMusic/FEUP)."
