Marco Knuchel will be responsible for Investor Relations & Corporate
Communications at Komax from 1 November 2010. He succeeds Dominik Slappnig, who
left the company at the end of August.

Marco Knuchel is 42 years old and holds a degree (lic.oec.publ.) in economics
from the University of Zurich as well as an Executive Master in Corporate
Finance from IFZ/HWS. For the past five years he has been Investor Relations
Manager at Holcim Ltd., Zurich.
