Leak test set DPK 60-5
(PresseBox) - The AFRISO DPK 60-5 leak testers are designed for measurements of gaseous media as well as for tightness tests and load tests of low-pressure gas pipes in non-hazardous areas. The mechanical test set can be used for easy tightness tests (150 mbar) and load tests (1 bar) on gas pipes and for checking the connection and flow pressure.
In addition, the test set is also suitable for tightness tests (150 mbar) and strength tests (3 bar) on drinking water pipes as per ZVSHK (German Central Association of the HVAC Industry). The scope of delivery of the DPK 60-5 leak test set comprises two pressure gauges, one pressure test valve with quick-action coupling and high-precision adjustment valve, a bulb pump with valve and silicone hose, two conical test plugs with plug-in nipples, three connection hoses with quick-action coupling and plug-in nipple as well as a Y connector with shut-off valve, quick-action couplings and plug-in nipple. The filling pressure can be easily adjusted via the high-precision pressure test valve. The quick-action coupling system ensures easy and fast adaptation to the task at hand.
The DPK 60-5 leak test set can be used for acceptance tests of heating system pipes or solar system pipes, underfloor heating systems, gas/liquid gas pipes and waste water pipes as well as pressure adjustments/tests or vacuum/tightness tests of oil pipes and oil pumps. The compact, cost-effective set is ideal for starters in the area of tightness testing.
