Synodon Board Establishes Special Committee

("Synodon" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SYD) announced that the Board of Directors (the "Board") has established a special Committee (the "Special Committee") consisting of the independent members of the Board in order to evaluate strategic alternatives for the Company.
The chairman of the Special Committee is Mr. John Pinsent, the current chair of the Audit Committee of the Company.
