The first edition of ENERGY MEXICO OIL GAS POWER EXPO&CONGRESS
(PresseBox) - The 1st edition of Energy Mexico Expo & Congress took place end of January at Centro Banamex in Mexico City and is recognized as an important meeting point for the oil, gas and energy sector in Mexico. The leading members of the Mexican energy industry met at this unique platform as new regulations and reforms are implemented in the energy sector. The Energy Mexico Expo & Congress 2016 took this opportunity to bring together the main participants in these fields, including government experts, developers of strategies, leaders of project development companies, manufacturers of equipment and components, suppliers of financial and technical services as well as researchers.
Energy Mexico Oil Gas Power 2016 presented a high level congress focusing on the development of Mexico´s energy potential in view of the new reforms and technologies. More than 70 renowned experts and specialists participated in 18 panels during the congress program. There were keynote conferences with the Secretary of Energy; Pedro Joaquín Coldwell, the CEO of the Federal Electrical Commission (CFE) Enrique Ochoa, Caglayan Arkan, General Manager Worldwide Manufacturing and Resources Sector and Enterprise & Partner Group Microsoft Corp as well as the CEO of Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX); Emilio Lozoya.
77 exhibiting companies presented their products and services on 3.726 sqm and more than 3.000 international attendees from 14 countries visited the event. International exhibitors from Germany, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, The Netherlands, Italy, Japan, UK and The United States of America showed up. The vast majority of energy production chain links were integrated highlighting areas such as services and supplies for the sector (engineering, infrastructure, technology and/or consulting services), exploration of land and sea and unconventional exploration, trading of oil (International Oil Trade), gas processing, electric transmission, electricity generation from renewable sources, investment funds to mentioned a few.
Energy Mexico Oil Gas Power 2016 Expo & Congress was the perfect platform to ease the redefinition of the Mexican and international company business strategies in Mexico in order to fit in this new environment.
Energy Mexico Oil Gas Power 2016 Expo & Congress will take place at Centro Banamex in Mexico City from January, 31st to February, 2nd 2017.
