Hämmerling - The Tyre Company GmbH has three focuses for this year's appearance at the specialist trade fair "Reifen 2016" in Essen: Internationally active tyre wholesaler for all brands, sizes and alignments (car, truck, motorcycle, construction machinery), professional service provider for all areas around the tyre industry and high-performance partner specifically for the truck area. As a manufacturer of the brands AHTOS-truck tyres, Talas steel wheels for trucks and truck trailers, and SÄMM overhauled tyres, Hämmerling will present its highlights and novelties at a dedicated ATHOS trade fair stand. One of the most comprehensive presentations will focus on ATHOS trailer and tractor tyres with a carrying load of 5000 kg and the first ATHOS-ECO truck tyres at size 385/65 R 22.5. The two stands of the company are in hall 2.0/ 2D32 and 2D36.
(firmenpresse) - Founded 37 years ago, the German company Hämmerling - The Tyre Company GmbH is now one of the important and leading tyre wholesalers in Europe – entirely family-owned. With a storage area of approx. 20,000 sqm, about 50,000 items continually in stock and a dedicated logistics company in 11 sites, the company offers best service to its customers via its 500 employees, online and around the clock on 365 days a year. The range covers all brands, from entirely overhauled tyres from own production to budget and premium tyres. Another strength is Europe-wide delivery of very small quantities.
Truck range
The truck range is one important focus in the business model of Hämmerling - The Tyre Company GmbH. The range offered and presented at the trade fair includes the company's brands AHTOS-truck tyres, Talas steel wheels for trucks and truck-trailers, and SÄMM overhauled truck tyres.
All products produced or sold by Hämmerling - The Tyre Company GmbH undergo the strictest quality tests and are audited and regularly inspected by TÜV NORD. One of the features of Talas steel wheels for truck und truck-trailer tyres is that the valve is already included and corrosion protection is outstanding thanks to the powder coating. At a size of 11.75x22.5 ET120, 10-hole, the ZWARP test purs. to Euwa standard 3.11 and the five-ton load test of TÜV have both been completed successfully. TALAS with the TÜV-seal on the rim is used in the initial equipment of renowned trailer manufacturers.
ATHOS-truck tyres are particularly characterised by a high running output, a look comparable to premium brands and the unique price-performance ratio. ATHOS truck tyres are therefore used by many initial equippers in vehicle construction today. The company presents two important innovations in the ATHOS-environment in Essen: One are the ATHOS-ECO tyres sized 385/65 R 22.5 with fuel savings of up to 0.50 l/100 km, and the other a range of as many as four ATHOS trailer sizes with eight profiles, with a carrying load increased by 500 kg to 5000 kg, supporting the high quality of the tyres, e.g. in more demanding uses.
Under the motto of "the best of two worlds", visitors can view a film documentation on the country, people and, not least, the state-of-the-art production site of the ATHOS truck tyres in China. The film shows that development and production of the tyres at the highest technical level takes place based on European quality demands and controls, strictly monitored and always traceable thanks to the barcode system.
