Kootenay Silver Inc. ("Kootenay") completed the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding common shares of Northair by way of a statutory plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") under the provisions of the British Columbia Business Corporations Act. Upon the completion of the Arrangement, Northair became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kootenay.
