Bringing over 20 years of experience in education technology to her new role, Kelly-Frazier will develop and execute critical strategy and operations initiatives in support of partnerships and aggressive sales and business development targets. Kelly-Frazier comes to Full Measure with an extensive record of accelerating revenue growth, supporting customer acquisition and ensuring retention. She joins Full Measure after nearly 17 years at Blackboard Inc., where she served most recently as a Vice President on the Legal Team overseeing significant growth in the higher education market both in the United States and overseas. Kelly-Frazier also supported development of the higher education divisions at PeopleSoft and SAP.
