SQUAN Acquires the Assets of Strong Tower Communications

(firmenpresse) - ENGLEWOOD, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 05/18/16 -- , a leading telecommunications infrastructure service provider, today announces its acquisition of the assets of s, LLC (Strong). Strong provides wireless macro services including new site builds, fiber delivery and testing, maintenance, and program management to wireless telecommunications companies.

"We respect both their leadership and their team's ability to cover the Southeast and deliver with quality. This acquisition allows us to strengthen our capabilities, building upon our recent acquisition of Osmose Communications Services," Carroll adds.

Over the next few months, the Strong brand will transition to SQUAN and the team will continue to function from its office in Acworth, Georgia. Josh Ward will continue to lead the organization and report to SQUAN Senior Vice President, Keith Pennachio.
